BOOK COMPANIES
I’m a reader and one of those people that love the best book clubs and companies I can find–always have, always will. I’ve never understood those that actually don’t like to read–[poof], blows my mind. Every time I’ve ever moved, it was “OMG, another box of books” from my friends! I’d have boxes and boxes of books my friends and I would have to move. It’s soooo cool that today, I can have a couple hundred books with me at any given time, thanks to technology.
I love that no matter where I’m at, if I finish one book, I can just pull up another one; no more going to garage sales, the library or book store. When I would go to any of these places looking for books, it was always hard to choose just a few from the thousands. I wanted so many of them.
When I came across an online book service that had tons of books at really cheap prices, I thought I had died and gone to heaven. The first book service I came across is BookBub. I signed up, chose what genres I’m interested in and low and behold, suggestions for good reads started showing up in my email, everyday.
HOW THESE BOOK CLUBS AND BOOK COMPANIES WORK
These services don’t sell the books themselves, but they present the suggestions to you, at really good prices, that you buy from another company, i.e. Amazon, Barnes and Nobel, etc. Once paid for, the books are delivered to whatever device you indicated when you registered. Mine are delivered through Kindle. If your devices are synced, you will find the books on any of your devices.
How easy and how wonderful is that????? Right up my alley. So, I’m going to share the book services that I know about so you can get books anytime, anywhere for fairly good prices.
Since these “ebooks” are being delivered through our media devices, you won’t be getting hard copies or paperbacks. And once they are purchased, you don’t have to return them; they are yours forever or until you decide to do some deleting.
I used several of these companies for years and can vouch for them. Truthfully, I don’t know what I would do without my book companies.

Maybe you are someone that likes to listen to books. This is a good idea for those with long daily commutes like I have. II got tired of feeling like I was wasting my time, so I started listening to the books I like to read. If this sounds like a good idea, you could join a club that offers audiobooks. I know of two book companies that you can get books at a reasonable cost to listen too.
Audible: This is a club that costs around $14.95/mo. You can get 3 books a month and if you don’t use all three, your credit rolls over to the next month.
Chirp: Another company that offers audiobooks. Chirp is associated with BookBub and sends me emails everyday to offer new audiobooks in many different genres, to listen to at reduced pricing.
I am currently using several of the book services I’ve suggested. I haven’t tried Audible yet, but have several friends that love it.
SOME OF THE BEST BOOK CLUBS
